Australian Orders
All orders placed before 12pm are shipped that afternoon, or the following business day if purchased on the weekend or a public holiday. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing and dispatch.

RETURNS
At ASTON STUDIO, we understand your purchase may not be suitable and you may wish to return your order.
If you have purchased your item from ASTON STUDIO, we only offer credit notes or exchanges on full priced items purchased subject to the following conditions:

The garment is returned within 14 days of delivery

Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
Please note, any purchases made during sale period or any items that are on sale are NOT eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges, unless the item is deemed faulty.
To make a return on AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
- Fill out the Aus Post Return Portal
- Please add your name to the parcel. Ensure that the product you return is in its original condition, original tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.
- Once we have received your return, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed.
- When your return has been accepted, your e-credit note will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
To make a return on NEW ZEALAND & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Fill out the Returns Form
- Please add your name to the parcel. Ensure that the product you return is in its original condition, original tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.
- Once we have received your return, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed.
- When your return has been accepted, your e-credit note will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are subject to availability of stock upon arrival of your return at our head office. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase. If sufficient stock is not available, a credit note for the value of your return will be issued.
FAULTY ITEMS
ASTON STUDIO carry out in-depth quality assurance checks of your garment upon shipment to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty product. Please contact our Customer Care team immediately at shop@astonstudio.co to notify us of the fault and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
FINE PRINT
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Your return must specify whether you wish to receive a store credit or exchange (excluding faulty items) - this can be done using the Australian Post Portal, or with out Internatinoal returns form found here.
- We do no cover the costs of return shipping, unless the item is proven faulty, or the incorrect item was received.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for your returns to be processed once received.
- Item must be in its original condition, with tags, and not worn, washed or altered in anyway.
- We do not refund any original shipping charges.
- Returns can only be made through Aston Studio, with a proof of order via our online store. If your purchase was made through one of our stockists, we cannot accept the return.
- Any returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
