SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) are typically shipped the same afternoon. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order processing and dispatch during busy periods. All Australian orders are dispatched from our warehouse in New South Wales, Australia.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for update.

Deliveries to New Zealand will be shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. We are not responsible for any extra fees or customs charges incurred upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At ASTON STUDIO, we understand that your purchase may not always be suitable. While we do not offer refunds on full-priced products, we do offer credit notes or exchanges on full-priced items purchased directly from us, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be in original, saleable condition – clean, with tags attached, and not worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
- Returns can only be made through ASTON STUDIO’s online store with valid proof of order. Purchases made through stockists are not eligible for return at ASTON STUDIO.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; this must be done via the designated returns portal.
- Shipping fees including duties/customs, are non-refundable.
- Incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 1 day of receiving the order.
- Sale items or purchases made during promotional sale periods are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange (unless deemed faulty).
- Please allow up to 3 business days for processing once the return is received.
- Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

To make a return on AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
- Fill out the Returns Portal
- Please add your name to the parcel. Ensure that the product you return is in its original condition, original tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.
- Once we have received your return, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.
- When your return has been accepted, your e-credit note will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

To make a return on NEW ZEALAND & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Fill out the Returns Portal
- Please add your name to the parcel. Ensure that the product you return is in its original condition, original tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.
- Once we have received your return, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.
- When your return has been accepted, your e-credit note will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Exchanges are subject to availability of stock upon arrival of your return at our Warehouse. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase. If sufficient stock is not available, a credit note for the value of your return will be issued.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or if the incorrect item has been delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.
Damaged goods returns must be acknowledged within 1 working day of receiving your order by contacting us at shop@astonstudio.co -
